Frequently Asked Questions

Services are located at Civic Center Drive, Suite 101, Vista, CA 92084. In person sessions are available in our Vista office and in our Central San Diego office. Virtual therapy sessions are available for everyone located in CA.

We're in-network with Aetna. We'll verify your benefits before your first session so you know exactly what to expect.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can significantly reduce your costs. We'll provide you with detailed receipts, called superbills, that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Every journey is unique. Some clients achieve their goals in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll work together to develop a timeline that matches your needs and regularly review your progress.

Both options offer the same quality of care and confidentiality. In-person sessions provide face-to-face connection in a dedicated therapeutic space. Virtual therapy offers convenience, eliminates travel time, and lets you connect from a comfortable, private space at home.

Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by law and professional ethics. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with a few exceptions required by law. We'll explain these limits in detail during your first session.
